Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of sphererevive.com and to any Sphere Revive product you buy. By buying or using a product, you agree to them.

License

When you buy Sphere Revive, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and edit the templates for your own real estate business (or your team's). You may not resell, share, or redistribute the templates, the guide, or other product files, on their own or as part of another product.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for how you use the templates, including following the laws and rules that apply to you. That includes laws on telemarketing and text messaging (such as the TCPA and state laws), email marketing (such as CAN-SPAM), real estate advertising rules, fair housing laws, and your brokerage's policies. Only text contacts who have given you permission to receive texts.

No legal advice, no guarantees

The product provides marketing templates and general information only. It isn't legal, tax, or compliance advice. We don't guarantee any particular results, such as replies, appointments, referrals, or income.

Refunds

Kit ($97): 7-day refund. If Sphere Revive doesn't work for you, email info@sphererevive.com within 7 days of purchase and briefly tell us why it didn't work for you, and we'll refund you in full.

Kit + Done-For-You Install ($397):

• Full refund if you ask before the install starts (before we begin work after receiving your intake form).
• If we can't start because of an issue on our side, or if we miss the 3-business-day window after a complete intake, you can choose a full refund.
• Once the install starts, the $300 install portion isn't refundable. The $97 kit portion can still be refunded within 7 days of purchase on the kit terms above.
• We'll fix anything we built that doesn't work as described at no charge for 30 days after delivery.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date shows the latest version.
